I am sooo happy that I am still losing... I am going to make this commitment.. I will not have any "candy sugar" for the next two weeks... no JUNK!! I can do this for the last 2 weeks!! I am so excited to almost be done with Insanity... I feel confident and motivated to do really well this week and the following one as well. Then I can train for my 10k... so happy!! feelin' good!
You are doing such a great job! I am glad you are measuring yourself as well because the numbers on the scale don't necessarily tell you the big picture. Keep up the great work!
