week 1 of month 2 results!

Seems a little lacking something here on my blog... not sure what it is... but I will think of something to spice it up... anyway... this week was sooooooo hard!! totally kicked my butt!! I am so glad it was over yesterday... and have to be honest.. not too excited to do it all over again tomorrow and the next day... BUT... I am STILL seeing results!!

So far, I have lost 8lbs!!! Wahoo!! I feel like this week I have worked sooo hard! this week I want to work even harder... in order to maximize my results!! and I have decided, I PROMISE that when I am done with Insanity the first round I will post my results pictures... no matter what!! and then when I am done with my first round I will focus on my running for my 10k July 24th and after I get back home I will start another round of Insanity!
