So, not much change... I am still losing on the scale.. and a little on my measurements... not as much as I would like to see... but this week I am pushing extra hard.. and my hubby seems to think I might be starving myself... and maybe that is why I only lost close to 1 pound this week... although it is a loss... which I am very happy with.. I want to make sure I am keeping my body healthy and not starving myself... We have gone over and over with how many calories I should be eating, and how many I am actually burning...  and we are going to try to have my net calories on MFP end up at 1,500 a day... (so yes, I guess I will be eating my exercise calories... not too happy about it... but I told my hubby I would try this and see if that is why I have kinda halted with losing inches...) because if you look at the last few weeks I have kinda stayed at the same measurements... so hopefully I see some change this week! Wish me luck.. and I will keep posting with my 10k training so don't go away... also because after I run my 10k, I will be starting all over again with round 2 of Insanity!! I can't wait to take pictures and send them to get an Insanity t-shirt!! yay for me!! I am really excited as I should be right??
