Training for 10k

Holy cow... today was the second day I ran this week and it literally kicked my trash!!  I don't know what my deal is, but for the record I HATE treadmills... I think I have gotten bored running on them... So, tomorrow I am going to switch it up.. I am going to do my weight training on top of my running... hopefully I can run sometime outside next week or something to see how well I can do... I feel pretty confident I can run my 3 miles around my house just fine.. cause its outside... we shall see....
