Sorry for slacking!!

Yay! So I completed month 1 of Insanity... and honestly it was hard... but I am really proud of myself for making it this far... I feel great... although I am really tired... not sure why, cause isn't exercise supposed to make you have more energy??  Not sure why so yeah whatever... anyway I am on the "Recovery week" of Insanity it's just the week between the 2 months... and today I did it..  It is still hard...but still do-able... just not crazy insane like the first month... He constantly tells you not to push too hard... so its kind of a nice break...but I have a feeling I am going to be crying next week... I am scared to be honest...BUT i will do my best!! Anyway, I was not on the computer pretty much all day yesterday... it was pretty busy for me... Anyway here are my results for week 4

THERE YOU HAVE IT!!  I am very happy... especially since the scale is moving a little bit too!! I am thinking about doing some posts about what I have been eating to help me stay within my calorie goals.... and also I didn't take pictures this Sunday, but next Sunday I will... and I am feeling really confident and might, just might be posting some pictures up.... I still have a little hesitancy but I really want to put them out there.. and not be scared, cause my body is and will continue to change!! anyway, I will keep you updated on my little progresses this week! love you all!
