It's been a while...

I know slacking again.. I really want to get in a groove of keeping up on this... I am well into my training.. in fact I am on week 9... and next week is my easy week... I have one day left for the week and it's tomorrow.. with 10 miles!! EEK! can I do that?? I am not sure, but I am going to try as hard as I can... and its all going to be treadmill miles... Friday's are pretty busy for me and I can't get out to run outside for most of them.. I am going to try and run outside more during the week, that way I can condition my body to running on the pavement.... very important for this race.. as well as running down hill... anyway.. I am starting a new challenge on Monday, it's an EAT CLEAN challenge... I have 4 weeks till I have a wedding and I want to look my best...! I am going to kick it into high gear and get it going for my eating habits... I have to do this... and... I am thinking of Insanity... I want to do it again!! I just know how good it feels and how I can get results if I just eat better!! GO me!!! anyway.. for now just training... and trying to lose some more of that weight...
