Week 10... half way through already... it's my easy week and so far I have gotten in 4.5 miles.. plus another 3 mile speed run today... and I think I might take a rest tomorrow... (I was supposed to take a rest yesterday but I felt so good and I wanted to run..so I did..) I feel like my half is coming up so quick... its going to be here sooner than later.. I am trying to stay focused... I have a 7 mile run on Friday that I am pretty nervous about... trying to decide if I should wait and try and run it outside in the evening of Friday or just get it over with and do it on the treadmill... I am thinking I am going to have to take then entire month of June and get outside for my runs... so I can really be prepared for hitting the pavement with my race... aahh! I am totally doing this... anyway.. hope there are still people reading..
I have kinda fallen off the wagon with my eating... 2 days now... I am trying really hard, but it is so dang hard to stay good... (I was craving cookie dough... gross... right now I am feeling gross because I ate it..) The rest of the day I will be kicking myself in the butt for even buying it... but will try harder the rest of the week... please stay on track!! LOL... a lot easier said than done... anyway... I decided I would share a picture or two of what my training has looked like so far!
