Fit Test Results...

From the beginning to the end....

Here are my results from my very first fit test back in May of 2013...

Switch Kicks: 60

Power Jacks: 34

Power Knees: 73

Power Jumps: 37 (I don't think they were that good the 1st time)

Globe Jumps: 10

Suicide Jumps: 12

Push-up Jacks: 0 (I had put 10, but then realized I had been doing them all wrong and poorly...so I changed it to 0... this was the hardest move for me.... since I had struggled with push-ups in the first place.. moving your legs out the same time you move your arms down takes a bit of coordination.... but I got it.. and now it's one of my favorite moves)

Low Plank Oblique: 34


End results from Tuesday... (after 3 rounds of this Insanity!!)

Switch Kicks: 156

Power Jacks: 68

Power Knees: 103

Power Jumps: 64

Globe Jumps: 14

Suicide Jumps: 22

Push-up Jacks: 29

Low Plank Oblique: 75

Switch Kicks difference: 96 more
Power Jacks difference:  34 more
Power Knees difference: 30 more (this seemed like it NEVER got easier for me.... I could never go consistently for the entire minute)
Power Jumps difference: 27 more
Globe Jumps difference: 4 more
Suicide Jumps difference: 10 more
Push-up Jacks difference: 29 more
Low Plank Oblique difference: 41 more

I feel pretty good about my results and you can tell how much stronger I have gotten with these 3 rounds... I seriously love Insanity, and I may even take it up again after a long break from it....
