3rd round of Insanity is DONE!!!

I finished it!! Yay!! 3 rounds of Insanity are under my belt.. and I couldn't be happier!! Although I am done, my results are not that great like I have mentioned before... No big losses like the other 2 rounds... but I am proud of completing it... and ready to move on to my next adventure... 13.1 miles baby!!

But... first, I would like to share my results of the 3rd round...

I did start my 3rd round in November and then I got sick half way through it and had to quit cause I couldn't breath... so I started it up again in January... so my measurements from November is what I have as my "before"  here they are:

Beginning 3rd round:
Weight: 175
L Arm: 11.5"
R Arm: 11"
L Leg: 22"
R Leg: 22"
Waist: 41.5"
Hips: 41"
Chest: 40"

End of 3rd round:
Weight: 177
L Arm: 12"
R Arm: 12"
L Leg: 21.5"
R Leg: 21.5"
Waist: 41"
Hips: 41"
Chest: 38.5"

So that is a total of 4" lost and no weight loss.. many people are saying I have gained muscle... which I know I have I feel thinner... and so I am going to say the weight gain is okay for now... until I can lean up a little more...

Some small victories I have had this round is that I almost have to go and buy new jeans, as my pants are all getting too big for me... luckily I do have a few smaller pairs that still fit...  I have been able to buy some Large size shirts... and previously I had to buy a 2XL... and just recently my work got some new uniform shirts...and I am appalled at what size I fit into..... a MEDIUM!!! Honestly I never ever remember fitting into a medium shirt!!! I am taking it and running with it!! LOL It actually is very slimming on me... so I feel great!!

Whats next for me you ask... well I have said it a bunch of times already but I am going to be running my first half marathon in July.... July 19th to be exact!! I couldn't be more excited... I have this amazing trainer helping me out with my training... and yesterday I ran for the first time in 4 months and was able to push out 3 miles... I really was aiming for 4 miles, but it got mental... and mental won!! I need to push past that mental block...  So I am going to keep up on here throughout my training... I am going to pull from everywhere I can to keep my motivation... I know I can do this!!

**My ultimate goal for this half marathon is to run the entire time.... I really want to focus on getting enough endurance to be able to do that...***

For those of you that have done Insanity, I am going to be posting my fit test results from the 1st round to the fit test I just did on Tuesday!!
