HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO EVERYONE!!
So, results... not good... I know last time I put my weight on here I was 190. Well, we decided to change the weigh in to Sunday and that Sunday I weighed in at 192, that was in the evening and a few hours after we had eaten dinner. Weigh in today, was 190..... SO BUMMED! I seriously thought I would lose something..? BUT, It is okay it has only been one week. and I am determined to see that scale move. I have also decided that I am going to wait to do measurements.. I am not sure if we are really even doing them right, but I think we are going to wait on that to see more results, cause nothing really changed... anyway... sad, but I don't want to stay sad.. I will stay motivated and keep going... Like I said its only been one week and besides today is Mother's Day, I want to enjoy!! (not splurge, but I want to be happy and not worry about what I didn't lose..) anyway sorry again for not bringing any exciting news, but it will happen!! have a good mothers day everyone!
Weight loss is a tricky beast and everyone's body reacts differently so don't get discouraged! Also I have heard that insanity is an amazingly hard workout just listen to your body; if you need to take a day off of exercising don't beat yourself up about it. Better than getting injured and having to stop for weeks. Good luck, make small goals and you will get there :)
ReplyDeleteOh and I have this 12 steps to eating healthier book if you want me to send you the pdf. It helped me because it was little goals to do each week (I work better like that). And it concentrates on what to do not what you can't eat :) And it has been like 4 months and I am still only on the second step, oh well :)
