So, I have been anxiously awaiting this day.. I know I was super bummed last week about not losing anything after working so hard... So for those of you who supported me and told me kind things, I thank you, it helped more than you will know. This whole week with Insanity was still crazy, but I am finding I am able to go longer with less breaks... thats a good sign right?? I think so, and as well as being able to do that, like my last post said I can fit in jeans that I wasn't able to do before.. SCORE!! I feel so good about myself.. I am trying really hard to continue with eating healthy... we did have pizza this week BUT I didn't gorge myself like I usually do.. which is a huge feat for me cause I LOVE pizza... So on that note, are you dying to see my progress?? here we go!!!!

Thats that! I am pretty happy with the progress so far, kinda slow but I am okay with it.. I can feel a difference in my body and thats good for me... I took pictures today too, but a little hesitant to put them up.. I will keep thinking about it... have a good Sunday!!
