YES!! I have to say I am proud of myself for coming this far!! I feel great!! I have one week left of the first month of Insanity, then it's what they call Recovery Week.. (I want to say the title is probably mis-leading cause it seems as though any "recovery" in this program is just not a real recovery... can't wait to see what that brings) So this week my goal is to eat completely CLEAN!! As well as push myself really hard... try and do as much as I can, push myself harder than any other week... BUT not so hard that I hurt myself.. just a little extra push... are you ready for my updates?? Yeah, though so! Here they are:

So, some differences and some stayed the same. I know its not a whole pound lost, but I am really happy with my progress in my inches lost... I can really tell a difference in my body, and honestly that is what I am really happy about... I am going to keep trucking on!! Next week I will be taking more pictures... so hopefully I can tell a difference between the weeks and maybe I can be brave enough to post them.... thanks for all your support!!
Recovery is pretty much...you feel slightly less like you're going to die. :) Hang in there! Home stretch!
