Wow... so this month 2 thing... wow.... it's pretty much all I can say... LOL... In month 1 I lost 3 pounds... thats pretty awesome considering I didn't eat all that well... I keep telling myself, what kind of loss would I have had it I ate well??? Probably a lot more than just 3lb's... oh well live and learn right... and for me its kinda the hard way!! Because I kill myself in these workout and then eat crappy and lose what I just worked so hard doing... Ugh!! It's like a game... I need to stay focused...
Anyway... day 3 of month 2 and I absolutely LOVE it!! I feel so great working so hard.. and my head is totally in the game.. and I am going to try super hard to keep it in the game... I feel like my body is getting tighter in lots of areas...legs especially... (I think my legs are the first to get lean and build muscle the fastest...) During these first 3 days, when I have worked out there have been a handful of times I felt like I could throw up... I haven't.. yet... but I think that's a good sign I am pushing past the mental thoughts of quitting... This month is going to go by so fast... the first month flew by... it's so crazy.. I am trying to think about what I want to do next... another round of Insanity Max 30?? P90X3?? to really build muscle??? and in addition to p90X3 start running again... I just don't know what to do...
We shall see.... won't we??
