Gosh.. long time...

I have been MIA for a while...but one of my goals this year is to keep this updated more often.. like a lot more often... Like, daily or maybe just weekly... I want to really make this my journal to weight loss.. I want to look back on this and be able to remember some of the things I learned during this process, and also if others have questions or need help to push past a road block maybe something I went through will be able to help them!

What have I been up to lately?? SO much!! We had an amazing Thanksgiving and Christmas..! It was awesome! We spend a little time with family on both holidays..and then spend actual Christmas here at home.. it was so nice not to travel. I did start Insanity for a 3rd time.. and about half way through I got so sick.. coughing sick.. and I could not workout cause I couldn't breathe during the workouts.. so I decided to take a break during the holiday's and that I woulds start back up again after the new year... and its a good thing because my entire house but my little girl got sick! Yikes! Not fun! So it was good for me to take a break at that time.

So New Year's came and went.. and I have made some goals for this year.. here they are:


  • Start and complete my 3rd round of Insanity..with a bang.. eating clean and working hard..pushing my body to the extreme...
  • Get to my goal weight by May!! (this is a big one for me, cause I am still about 40lbs out right now...but I feel all things are possible...) 
  • Run in a half-Marathon...  I have already registered for it.. so that is half the battle right?? I am going to be running my first half-marathon July 19th. I am so excited.. and when I finish this round of Insanity I will begin my training for that
  • Get family pictures sometime between May and or July... I deserve to get some cute family pictures with me looking good right?? That is my goal I want to be at my goal weight and get family pictures to document my success..!
  • I got a gym membership and I want to take advantage of that... by toning up my entire body.. like I said I still have 40lbs to lose.. so I want to really bust out the weights and go crazy!!
There they are... some of my goals.. I can't wait to to check them off of my list!!
